This Bow Back Side Chair was modeled after one made in New York City it
pairs well with any arm chair for the dining room: The C-Arm, Sack Back
or Comb Back. This chair has a shield shaped seat.
The Bow Back design was first made around 1780 - 1800. This was the
second type of side chair introduced to society.
